I’m Noran De Basso
My ambition with Svea Tandklinik (my Dental clinic in center of Stockholm) is to improve the oral health of all patients who visit us, with high quality, optimal functionality and aesthetics. All our treatments are taking place under one roof and with minimal discomfort, always at affordable/comparable prices of knowledgeable dentists and dental nurses. Our motto is “Smile for life!” and that is exactly the purpose in combination with dental health (or mouth health). A great healthy smile!
Noran De Basso graduated as a dentist at the Institute of Odontology at Gothenburg University/Sahlgrenska Academy in Gothenburg -92. He then worked at the public health services in Gothenburg and then worked as a researcher and teacher in Gothenburg. At 1996 he started up Svea Tandklinik in Stockholm, and throughout this period, have worked with mostly oral surgery. Since 1998 dental implant treatment has been the major intererest and the main focus in the clinic are oral surgery and dental implant treatment.
Noran is a certified dentist within:- General surgery
- Maxillofacial surgery
- Oral radiologi (with Panorama)
- Ortodontics
Now my personal main focus are on developing and research within dental implants, design and materials. I am still very active in the clinical work and are one of the most experienced dental implant surgeons in Sweden. Developing dental implants to achieve a sustainability and to get treated patients to feel and get secure is a main goal. Throughout the years of experience and dealing with post dental implant issues has been the engine to new designs and to find materials to achieve this goal.
